I was "this close" to Narnia

This past week my friend Andy has been back in town visiting, and he stopped by for lunch on Thursday. After eating we wandered around for a while just so he could get a feel for our lot, though there isn't actually that much going on right now. As we were walking past an open storage room Andy noticed something familiar.

"Hey, is that the wardrobe?"

I took a closer look and found that it was indeed the wardrobe that we all know and love. It was just sitting there, shoved back into storage. Hey, I could use a wardrobe. Do you think they'd let me borrow it for a few years since it isn't in use? Probably not...

It was all I could do to keep myself from opening it up and walking in. There were people walking around though, and I felt like a trip through the wardrobe probably wasn't worth getting fired over.

Or maybe it was, and I just missed my ticket to a dream world of magic. I guess we'll never know...

Wow, THE wardrobe! Andy told me this story, but I understood it as the wardrobe from the movie, as in, costumes. Ha ha!

And, I can't even tell you how obsessed I am with "Lazy Sunday." :)

Thanks Jennifer. I guess I'm obsessed with Lazy Sunday too since I seem to allude to it way too often.

I hope all is going well. Give Leah a call sometime. I gave Andy her number.
