The Site is Finished (almost)

I've made the mistake before of failing to post because I didn't feel that I had anything really interesting to write. Not today! I have nothing to say, but I'm writing anyway--just because I can.

Actually I have a couple of quick things. First, I'm excited to announce that all of the links on this site now work in one way or another. Sure, the first genealogy page is just a placeholder for now, but I feel some kind of relief in knowing that it no longer creates an error. The other links actually have content, believe it or not. There are some interesting family biographies and documents if you are patient enough to let a 7 MB PDF download.

In other news, it finally stopped raining. Don't worry. I am far away from those mudslides on the news. It was getting pretty bad in some areas, though. I guess it's lucky for me that I don't have that house in the hills yet...
