Happy Game Day!
I can't believe I had to wake up at 8am on a Saturday to watch the game. Granted, I'll wake up at that time next week, but that's because I'll be there. It just goes to show what games in the Eastern time zone will do to you.
I watched the game over at Andy and Jennifer's apartment with some fellow ND fans. One of these day's I'll go to the game watch in Santa Monica again, but it's just such a drive...
This afternoon I did a little lesson planning for confirmation class and then met up with some church friends for our monthly potluck. We had a great time even with a crowd that was a little smaller than usual. The theme this time was "cheesy foods," which gave us plenty of options. Of course I was entirely uncreative and brought frozen pizza. I guess that's okay though since most other people also bought ready made meals at the store.
I think that's enough for now. Hey, two postings in one week!
